Health Canada’s COVID Alert application is now available to Saskatchewan residents. This free, voluntary app provides digital alerts to let people know if they may have been exposed to COVID-19.

Our new venue at the hall behind St John’s Anglican Cathedral will operate at 30% capacity to uphold protocols mandated by the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Patrons are strongly encouraged to wear a mask while in the venue and to follow all social distancing signage and best practices when not at their table.

Sanitizing stations and social distancing signage will be in place throughout the venue.

Should it become known to Mini Fridge Theatre Company that any actor, staff member, or patron has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within two weeks of attending a performance, all parties—including all applicable audience members—will be contacted and all Saskatchewan Health Authority reporting processes will be followed.

If a recent patron receives a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, we ask that they reach out to us immediately by emailing

Each available table will be seated with people from the same social cohort and provided with a staggered entrance time between 5 and 5:45 pm to avoid door clutter and help ensure that physical distancing is in place. Please arrive as close to your arrival time as possible.

Upon arrival, all guests will be required to use the sanitizing station located at the main entry. Guests must also sign in, answer a few brief questions related to COVID-19 exposure, and have their temperature tested with a touchless device before entering.

Masks are strongly encouraged but not mandatory due to the physical distance measures being taken in the placement and spacing of each table.

Coat check will not be available at this time. Audience members are kindly asked to keep their personal belongings at their table.

Sanitizing stations will be available and fully stocked at all times. They will be located at the front entrance, the separate exit, and the washrooms.

Washroom use will be limited to one person at a time and washrooms will be cleaned periodically throughout the evening. A Mini Fridge Theatre Company employee will be on hand to indicate when washrooms are available for personal use.

Upon consultation with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, no exit and re-entry will be allowed.

Mingling with other cohorts is not allowed unless guests are masked and no closer than two metres apart.

Please follow all signage and current guidelines for social distancing.

Regular cleaning of public areas in the venue will occur throughout the night. The venue will be extensively—and professionally—cleaned after every performance.

All employees onsite will have their Food Safe and Serve it Right certificates in good standing.

Payment terminals will be promptly sanitized after each use.
